“The purpose of this development project is to buy the 457 Pärnu Road plot and replan it into multifamily residential area. After the approval of new detailed plan, the plot is going to be auctioned off to construction companies. The length of the project is about years and the sales of newly planned plot could take place in autumn 2018. To be able to complete this project, the Sponsor is seeking additional capital. Crowdestate's members can now co-invest 364. 200 euros into this project and participate in sharing the project's projected profits.
