“Brava Grupp OÜ, the owner and the developer of the property, seeks to raise 550,000 euros of secured debt during the first phase of the project. The funds will be used for the preparation of construction phase and for partially releasing currently invested equity. The raised debt will be secured by a 2nd rank mortgage on 5 Rataskaevu street property. The second stage of the project will include the reconstruction of the property and creating a SPA, restaurant and rooms for an apartement hotel.
