Das in Massivbauweise errichtete Gebäude mit reich an Stuck verzierten Fassaden steht derzeit leer.Die Immobilie gliedert sich in ein Erdgeschoß, zwei Obergeschosse sowie in ein nicht ausgebautes Dachgeschoss auf. Im Erdgeschoss waren damals die Dienerzimmer und das Kabinett untergebracht, sowie Lagerräume, die Waschküche und der Heiztechnikraum.Das 1. Obergeschoss und 2. Nach dem Um- und Zubau entstehen 23 neue Wohneinheiten, davon 6 mit 50 - 80 m2 großen Eigengärten, die restlichen mit nutzbaren Balkonen oder Terrassen.Die Aufteilung der Zimmer wird intelligent geplant, sodass die Räume bestmöglich genutzt werden können. Als Haupt- oder Nebenwohnsitz verfügen diese 1-3 Zimmer-Wohnungen in Hietzing mit ca. 30 – 80 m2 über eine optimale Größe.
