Named Best Independent Bottler (OSWAs, 2024), we have built a reputation for producing high-quality whisky at fair prices. Now, we are raising to develop Struie Distillery—a whisky distillery committed to achieve net-zero, featuring patent-pending green energy technology, with an ambition to help drive the industry’s sustainable future while crafting premium Highland single malt whisky. Investment is in Thompson Independent Traders Ltd, which fully owns Dornoch Castle Hotel Ltd and Dornoch Distillery Company Ltd—encompassing Dornoch Distillery, Thompson Bros independent bottling and blending, gin production, and the Struie Distillery project.”
