Nach dem Um- und Zubau entstehen 23 neue Wohneinheiten, davon 6 mit 50 - 80 m2 gro├čen Eigeng├Ąrten, die restlichen mit nutzbaren Balkonen oder Terrassen.Die Aufteilung der Zimmer wird intelligent geplant, sodass die R├Ąume bestm├Âglich genutzt werden k├Ânnen. Als Haupt- oder Nebenwohnsitz verf├╝gen diese 1-3 Zimmer-Wohnungen in Hietzing mit ca. 30 ÔÇô 80 m2 ├╝ber eine optimale Gr├Â├če. Die Bestandsfl├Ąche von aktuell 716 m2 soll somit auf rund 1.410 m2 Wohnfl├Ąche erweitert werden. Die nicht bebaute Grundfl├Ąche ist derzeit begr├╝nt und weist teilweise Altbaumbestand auf. Der gro├čfl├Ąchige Garten von rund 1.000 m2 soll zum Teil den Erdgeschosswohnungen zugewiesen werden. Der restliche Au├čenbereich soll der Wohnungseigent├╝merschaft als Gemeinschaftsgarten inklusive 30 m2 gro├čem Nebengeb├Ąude zur Verf├╝gung stehen. Nach dem Um- und Zubau entstehen 23 neue Wohneinheiten, davon 6 mit 50 - 80 m2 gro├čen Eigeng├Ąrten, die restlichen mit nutzbaren Balkonen oder Terrassen.Die Aufteilung der Zimmer wird intelligent geplant, sodass die R├Ąume bestm├Âglich genutzt werden k├Ânnen. Als Haupt- oder Nebenwohnsitz verf├╝gen diese 1-3 Zimmer-Wohnungen in Hietzing mit ca. 30 ÔÇô 80 m2 ├╝ber eine optimale Gr├Â├če.
